| Our job as coaches is to assist each athlete to become the best person and
athlete she can be. Coaching the game the way it was intended to be

We are responsible for challenging these
athletes to do better everyday and as a result, making them better players
by season's end, but we can't do it without a solid, consistent effort by
our players.
